Delivery

I currently offer delivery to the UK.

I will aim to dispatch your order to you within 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch email and your item should take between 2-5 days to get to you.

STANDARD DELIVERY £6.50

I use Royal Mail for most deliveries, or larger items may be sent by courier.

RETURNS

If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty please get in contact with me to arrange a replacement at emma@emmagardnerceramics.com.

I hope you are happy with your items, if for any reason you are not then please contact me at emma@emmagardnerceramics.com and I can arrange a refund for you. Unfortunately I am unable to cover the cost of your return, nor can I refund the cost of initial delivery. A refund will be issued once I have received the item back.
