I’m Emma, a ceramicist based in Cornwall.

I design and make ceramic homeware, mainly using slab building techniques. I am inspired by everyday patterns and shapes that I see in both nature and architecture. My work is influenced by forms of mid-century design and brutalist architecture. I love bricks and tiles.

The process of making has a number of stages, all of which I approach with a sense of calm ensuring that every item is given the time and love they deserve.
